Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
  • Golf clubs that have been used or have damaged packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange by returning the original item and placing a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
